Business Model Canvas
You may find it helpful to review the details of a Business Model Canvas from last week’s model. You may do so by clicking on this link: Business Model Canvas. This week we’re focusing on the final touches – creating a snapshot of the essentials. Note – this building block may appear to be a duplicate of what you’ve already done. However, and again, I implore you to consider this assignment as a snapshot – a quick go to and/or reminder of what is essentially required for your business to be successful.

You will look at what key activities are within the context of the business model canvas and how to identify them and use them correctly.” For additional information about this building block consider watching this short audio and video presentation titled Key Activities and the Business Model Canvas.
