The book review is expected to be no more than 1250 words in length not including title page, references or appendices making use of APA style. The purpose of the book review is to allow students to critically examine Bruce McIvor’s book Standoff: Why Reconciliation Fails Indigenous People and How to Fix It (2021). – Material is organized coherently and it is easy for the reader to follow the sequence of ideas. Uses the most current APA formatting and citation conventions with no inconsistencies, text is legible and error-free.
