I need a one- to two-page reflection paper that explores the importance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in healthcare organizations and explains how I will promote DEIB and allyship in my future role as a healthcare professional. Focus:
- Define DEIB and briefly explain why it matters in healthcare.
- Discuss how I, as a future healthcare administrator (with a dental technician background), plan to promote and apply DEIB and allyship within a department, division, or healthcare organization.
