Step 2:
Seeing the center of the wheel as 1 and the outer edges as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each area on both the lines as well as the circle. For the circle, draw a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge, and color the inside of the new outer edge. Use a different color for each area.
Answer this question: The new perimeter represents the wheel of your life. If this were a real wheel, how bumpy would the ride be?
Step 3:
Assess what to change in your day-to-day actions and behaviors in order to feel more fulfilled. (CO2:MO2.2)
Pick three (3) areas in the Wheel of Life that youβd like to rebalance in your own life.
Explain why you have chosen these areas to rebalance.
