Applying your selected model to your primary care specialty, describe how you would use the model in intervening with a patient-care problem focusing on assessment, counseling, and teaching. For example: PNP: Adolescents with type 1 diabetes; Women’s Health: Mothers with postpartum depression; Adult Geriatric NP: Older widower coping with their spouse’s death.
