This research will be detailing the ethical codes which are implemented in Costco which helps deliver customer satisfaction. It will include the extended warranty on electronics, cheap wholesale prices which makes it easier for larger families to stay within their budget while getting quality goods. The sanitation rating of 99% – 100%, The food court, the $1.50 hotdog which has not been changed in price even through inflation just so that their customers can have the same experience as they used to in an older costco. Moreover, this research will detail how Costco’s employees are fairly paid and treated with care unlike some places which abuse their need for money and turn it into profit. This research will revolve around the theme of employee care before company profit. I will further include the refund and recall policy in which they guarantee money back no matter what if it’s under 60 days. To further introduce nuisance to my research I will be comparing Costco to other wholesale stores, such as Sam’s club.
