Analysis and Finding for Dissertation (Explore how housing demand and government policy affect the greenbelt development)

Write Chapter 4 Analysis and Finding: 4.2 objective 2 of the “Dissertation EX” document (*only write 4.2). *Objective 2: Explore how housing demand and government policy affect the greenbelt development.Background information on the topic and the objectives of the dissertation can be found in the “Dissertation” file. “Greenbelt” is a special type of land use in urban planning. Please refer to the first two chapters of the document before writing. There are some hyperlinks in section 4.2 for reference. The part you need to write should focus on objective 2. Please write at least 2000 to 2500 words. Please analyse how housing demand and government policies affect greenbelt development in Hong Kong, Seoul, Birmingham and Sydney. If the word count is insufficient, you can also analyse the situation in Melbourne. The analysis will be conducted thematically, categorising policies into themes including The Purpose of Greenbelt Policy Implementation, Housing Affordability, Community Engagement and Implementation of Greenbelt Policy.
