answer should:
- provide an overall assessment of the approach
to reward, which addresses (at the level of a strategic overview) areas of
the reward syllabus that you determine as being relevant (around 1,000 words) - provide a detailed analysis of one particular
area of the reward approach in an international context, the challenges
and opportunities that faces Minchington Pawbrook including the legal and
ethical challenges. (around 2,000 words).
Your
assignment should demonstrate:
- an ability to identify and interpret a range
of reward issues present in the case organisation - critical evaluation of those issues using
concepts, frameworks and debates in the relevant academic literature - an ability to make appropriate and
well-grounded recommendations for change, at a strategic (Part 1 and 2)
and operational level (Part 2).
