Instructions
For this assignment, you will describe an intervention plan to improve the family’s health, which is appropriate for the FNP role. The intervention must be evidence-based, reasonable, feasible, and sustainable. Be sure your paper is in APA format and approximately 10 to 12 pages in length (not including title and reference pages) with at least 5 references (online references must be cited). Components of the paper should include:
A. Introduction: brief introduction of the problem identified in clinical setting.
B. Literature Review of the Intervention plan: Brief discussion on the literature review of the intervention plan, including evaluation of the quality and strength of the evidence.
C. Description of Intervention Plan:
- Aim: list purposes for conducting the intervention, specify the benefits of the intervention to include family as a whole.
- Description: describe the intervention in detail to include the resources, time, and costs to implement the intervention, design, sample, setting, dependent/independent variables, and instruments.
D. Summary/Conclusion
Length: This assignment must be 8-12 pages (excluding the title and reference pages).
References: Include 5 scholarly resources.
