Each week, the expectation is a 5-7 page paper that explores the case study. In general, you will have four sections.
Background
Key Players
Negotiation Tactics
Analysis
When I was reading your paper, I thought what you presented was your background. In that application what you have written would be appropriate.
The next section should identify and describe all of the key players.
The third section, Negotiation Tactics, should explore the concept we learned in class and also from the assigned readings. In this case BATNA, WATNA, Power Dynamics, and cultural differences.
The final section, Analysis. walks the reader through what you would have done in this scenario. In this case, what should Doug Meyers do based on the information contained in the case?
The slide deck I present as well as the conversations between your peers provides a good foundation for writing the case study.
