Instructions:
1. Follow the
format provided below on the second page.
2. Make a short
executive summary of the case (Executive Summary).
3. Make a short
introduction (Introduction)
4. Identify and
clearly state the problem or problems in the case which is/are related to one
or more issues in Organizational Leadership
(OL) (Problem Statement)
5. Discuss the
problem or problems thoroughly and refer to the textbook or
additional readings (Discussion).
6. State your
thoughts and position at the end of your discussion (Position).
7. Make your
recommendations that relate to the Organizational Leadership issue(s) (Recommendations).
8. Make a
conclusion (Conclusion).
9. Include
references if needed (References)
10. Conduct your
analysis as a consultant in Organizational Leadership.
