you are engaging in the act of teaching media literacy. For this project, I want you to write an essay discussing your experiences doing this.

January 20, 2024January 20, 2024 Discipline: Communications and Media
  • This project is specifically about the details of your experience teaching media literacy
  • It is NOT about writing a definition of Media Literacy. That is not what I’m grading.
  • Choose a few points from our lectures and readings to discuss with your “student.”
  • Be sure to describe which specific points FROM THIS CLASS you discussed/taught.
  • Who did you have a discussion with? (Relationship to you? No names necessary)
  • Why did you choose this person?
  • What was their response? Was it well received?
  • Please REFLECT upon your experience. What was it like to teach this stuff? Will you do it again? etc.
