Font must be Arial, size 12.
Margins must be a minimum of 2.5cm (to change, click “Layout” at the top of a Word
document, then click “Margins” and then amend as necessary by clicking “Custom
Margins”).
Line spacing must be 1.5.
Page numbers must be included on the bottom right-hand side of pages, using Arabic
numerals i.e. “1, 2, 3, 4” etc. This numbering should begin on the first page upon which
an answer is typed, including any title page.
Footnotes and a
bibliography are NOT required for this assessment.
you are expected to indicate in the main body of the text to which sources
you are referring or paraphrasing (e.g. “As argued by [author] in [book or article
title]…”, “The case of X v Y established that…”), including the core textbook.
Furthermore, any verbatim quotes from sources should be in quotation marks (‘…’).
