Review the mission, vision, and values for a health care organization of your choice and provide a thoughtful critique including areas of excellence and opportunity relative to the organization’s mission and vision.
Leader Alignment
Explain how health care leaders can best align organizational mission, vision, and values with division, department, and individual performance.
MVV Alignment to VBP
Conduct a scholarly literature search and select an article relative to health care reimbursement and Value-Based Purchasing (VBP). Discuss your selected article relative to health care reimbursement challenges faced by acute care hospitals and the impact of Value-Based Purchasing (VBP). Tie your learning to the selected organization’s mission, vision, and values (MVV) and share your thoughts relative to how the organization’s MVV aligns to VBP.
- Each question should have a heading in bold to delineate the portion of the discussion to which you are addressing.
- Each section of the initial post response should be a minimum of 250-300 words in length and must include appropriate in-text citations, scholarly writing, and formatted using APA 7th edition.
- The body of the post should demonstrate appropriate grammar and sentence structure mechanics. Please avoid contractions, slang, and ensure acronyms are spelled out the first time used in the post. Posts do not need to be double-spaced.
- A minimum of one scholarly source from a journal article or research external to the course content.
