Instructions and Rubric
1. This assignment consists of a paper of 6 total pages, not including the title page and reference pages. A minimum and maximum page limit is 6 pages for this assignment.
2. Provide an introduction for your paper.
3. Define the topic of interest.
4. Provide a literature review of what is known about this issue and how it impacts nursing practice and/or healthcare (at least three articles should be thoroughly analyzed in this section).
- For each article being reviewed:
- Summarize and synthesize: The student will thoroughly give an overview of the main points of each article.
- Analyze and interpret: The student will discuss the significance of the findings about the literature and how this impacts nursing practice and/or healthcare.
- Critically Evaluate: The student will identify the strengths and weaknesses of each article.
5. Discuss your recommendations for reducing or eliminating this problem based on what you have found in the literature.
6. Provide a conclusion for your paper.
7. This paper should identify at least ten references (peer-reviewed journals). Within 5 years in relevance. Please include DOI with each citations.
8. Use proper grammar/spelling/and APA format guidelines.
9. Organize the outline of your paper using headings into the following sections: introduction, topic of interest, literature review, recommendations, and conclusion.
