I need to write a research proposal for my application to do a DBA. Some of the research questions I want to explore are:
- What specific mechanisms do founders employ to maintain cultural influence as organizational complexity increases?
- How do employees across different organizational levels and tenure periods interpret and respond to founder-driven cultural initiatives?
- What tensions emerge between startup cultural values and the operational requirements of large-scale organizations?
- How does the persistence of startup culture affect organizational performance, employee engagement, and strategic adaptability?
- What role do generational differences play in cultural acceptance and transmission within the organization?
I may want to use the company that I am working with (Capital A/ AirAsia) as a case study, and then complement it with one or two other companies, depending on the availability of data.
