Thought Leadership Paper: Driving Your Strategic Agenda: Coaching for Transformation With Your Organization

Using the attached research paper, write a 4-6 page paper (Doubled-Spaced, 12 Font), consider your role as a leader of change and the offers presented to leaders in this research. Identify and discuss atleast 3 features of the research that resonates for you in the role within your organization. I am a social worker in oncology and the ICU at Bethesda North Hospital. I hold the roles of being the department ambassador for new employees, I also hold a seat on the hospital wide employee council as my department liaison and lastly I have been assigned to running our morning huddle meetings daily. I have been employed in this role for 3.5 years. The attached research paper is the only source that is needed for this assignment.
