This Case Memo assignment is all based on the pdf document attached. It is the DaimlerChrysler Merger: The Quest to Create “One Company” case study. You do not need any other outside sources. Each part (Part 1, 2, and 3) should each be one page but no more than one page. 3 pages in total combining the 3 parts. This is not required though.Part 1: Answer this Case Memo Question: As Alex Trotman, CEO of Ford Motor Company at the time of the merger, prepare a memo for your Board of Directors outlining the challenges and opportunities for Ford raised by the merger.Part 2:
I want you to gain exposure and experience in interacting with AI tools such as large
language models (LLMs) – including ChatGPT. These tools are already prevalent in the
workplace, and I want you to enhance your skills in using these tools.
Once you have completed your Case Memo, I want you to interact with ChatGPT (or any
LLM of your choosing) and prompt the LLM to produce a memo answering the same
question.
Your answer should include the memo created by the LLM and the prompts you used to
generate the memo in the LLM.Part 3:
Prepare a one-page analysis that compares the two memos – yours and the one created by the
LLM. Include aspects such as how the two memo’s employed relevant models or course
topics, for example. Indicate how your work could have been improved by the interaction
with the LLM.
