Case Assignment

Based on the background reading material and your own research, prepare a report with a maximum of 6 pages, excluding cover page and references, and address the following:

1. Three important measures that are important to maintain the information security
   system once it is in place.
2. Discuss the difference between law and ethics, What connection/role do you
   see in terms of ensuring information security?
3. Research the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and discuss how it has impacted
   information security in an organization.

Your paper should provide a summary of your findings from the assigned materials and any good quality resources you can find. Your submission must be 5-6 pages, double-spaced, following current APA requirements. Cite all sources and provide a reference list at the end of your paper. The following items will be assessed in particular:

1. Ability to consolidate ideas from reading materials.
2. Demonstration of your understanding of the process of how to manage and operate an information security management system.
3. The ability to express your ideas clearly.
