This was first published in 2019 and has been peer reviewed. They have over 100 credible sources listed and really included a lot more in-depth facts than some of the other articles.

This article will be a helpful one as it encompasses both prebiotics and probiotics and their relation to gut microbiota. I’ll be able to get some solid facts and statistics from this source that I may not be able to get from the others.

I like how this article talks about how pre/probiotics are mutually beneficial and form a relationship with the body. It brings the metabolism and that relationship into play as well. That’s another perspective that will be helpful to my paper that the other articles didn’t include.
