The student will create a reflective paper that captures their learning thus far in the course. This reflection should be based on the content presented in the text, activities, and meetings and should include 3-5 in-text citations (references) APA style. The paper should connect the key learnings with one central thesis idea. For example, “What Makes a Successful Leader” or “Leadership Pitfalls to Avoid”. Please read all grading criteria in below rubric. Carefully edit your paper before submitting!
