Tell us about a time when working within teams enhanced your learning experience. (250-300words)here is the outline I have: (you don’t need to follow the struture if you thnink it doesn’t make sense)Intro:- explain what is teamwork. list 2 factors that you thing is most important in teamworking.- how can you benefited from teamwork in terms of learning experience.Body:examples to support the 2 points in intro.The example I want you to incorporate: The teamwork that I want to include is the final project of my business communication course. We were asked to prompt a Non-profit Organization. Pitch them to investors for funding. Usually students of this course just research online. but for our group, we find a NPO that is nnear to our school. So we went on an actual field trip to research this NPO. Refer the NPO as XXX, I’ll revise it later myself. I think for our team everyone was so passionate about what we are doing. People have energy and are willing to devote themselves into the project. People are also very supportive to each other. actively listening when others are talking and giving constructive feedback on each other’s idea. Those constructive conversations really helped me learn from different perspectives on addressing on the same issue.
