Reflective account of learning in relation to using the principles of evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy. This

I’m expected to demonstrate achievement of my learning outcomes from my placement, by by submitting a reflective account of learning in relation to using the principles of evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy. This reflective account should incorporate a critical analysis of how the techniques I have identified are linked to the evidence base of cognitive behavioural therapy within my placement. The reflection should also incorporate a critical review of learning gained through the role-plays and formative assessment conducted in class. (LO1, LO2, LO3, LO4). The assignment should include the following elements:  A critical appraisal of the basic principles of how it is relevant to students’ own practice (LO1).  A critical review of current literature in relation to strategies and techniques being discussed (LO2).  A reflective account of the purpose of measurement in CBT, the role of homework and relevance of outcome measures in CBT (LO3).  Completed ‘Formative Assessment’ tools with critical discussion relating to the learning gained incorporated into the main body of the assignment (LO2, LO3 and 100% 10 th February 2025 28.02.2025 LO4).  References following MU referencing style.
