The Impact of Remote Work on Collaboration and Performance in the Banking Industry

I need a course work on organizational behavior dependant variables.Subject: The Impact of Remote Work on Collaboration and Performance in the Banking Industry

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Your submission should be in the range of 2500 words. Assignments that exceed this word limit may be

penalized 10%. Your analysis needs to show a strong, concise integration and application of the

Organizational Behaviour literature – comparing, contrasting, and integrating what you have found – as well

as an understanding of what various authors have written and their input into the topic areas in question. In

addition to your analysis you should conclude with a Reference section detailing all sources you have cited

using the Harvard Reference System as shown to you during Foundation and available in GOOGLE

CLASSROOM.

Use of Resources: Make sure that you reference material that helps you in addressing the issues of this

assignment. For this assignment you must balance BOTH practical and academic (peer reviewed journals)

mostly post-2019 sources of information. The EBSCO and GOOGLE SCHOLAR databases are excellent

resources for such material but must be applied appropriately. Do not reference the textbook.

Quality of Work: Ability to synthesise source material (your analysis). Be sure to discuss relevant data and

examples. Analyse information, interpret it and draw appropriate conclusions. You must present balanced,

well-structured, and critical arguments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

For the assignment in this module you should carefully identify an OB problem (or forthcoming problem) inside

an organization of your choice. Your will then critically evaluate the problem (why it is a problem; the

consequences of not solving the problem). You will then analyse the literature in relation to understanding the

problem and ways in which it could be solved. You will then provide a critically evaluation of two (2) literature

supported recommendations (remember, every problem has more than 1 way to solve it!). You will then

support your choice of recommendation (that is, evaluating why have you chosen one option and not the

other) and then provide an implementation plan for that chosen solution. You must make clear, and literature

based, recommendations to help solve the problem with the appropriate references.

SUBMISSION

Students are expected to submit:

▪ Executive Summary

▪ Table of Contents

▪ Introduction and succinct presentation of the case and a specific problem to be solved through the paper

▪ Analysis of literature related to the case study (academic and practical sources to be used here)

▪ Two literature supported recommendations that could be implemented to solve the problem

▪ A choice of solution explaining why this is the most appropriate way to solve the problem and why the

other recommendation is not

▪ Next Steps: Implementation discussion (implications and areas of concern – ‘knock-on’ effects of this

solution)

▪ Conclusion

▪ References

Please note the following submission guidelines:

 Submit the assessment document exclusively in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx)

 The submission should be approximately 2,500 words, excluding the Executive Summary, Table of

Contents, tables, graphs/spreadsheets, and the Reference List

 The document should be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point, double line spacing

Tell him briefly what u will do to implement as bullet points, simple steps 4- 6

And what is the next problem after you implement the next steps

Every solution creates another problem, just identify the next problem and leave it there

At the end write the executive summary , up to one page, whats the problem, dependable variable, u do not have to summarise the literature, literature is support material, describe two recommendations based on, tell him why a, but not b, next steps and next problem.
