The Independant varibales (Employee prodcutivity, Employee well-being and Employee Turnover intentions) significantly affect the mediator (Job Satisfaction). The mediator (Job Satisfaction) significantly affects the dependent variable (work-life balance). The effect on the independent variables diminishes when the mediator is included.I have attached the data sheet which i used for the other tests i did from excel.
