Complete a report summarizing research on your selected topic and analysis of how a selected organization applies the topic. Theories and concepts learned in the course should be included in the research paper. Research should include the course text and at least seven additional scholarly resources. Additional resources can and should be used. Personal interview(s) with a representative of the organization(s) may increase the value of your research and the quality of your paper. Your final report should be a minimum of 3,500 and a maximum of 7,000 words in length. You must properly cite your research. Use APA formatting for your report. Charts, graphs, and supporting documents should be included in the appendices.The report will include: • a title page and a table of contents, • a description of your chosen OB topic and/or thesis, • a description of your chosen organization(s), • a discussion on how the organization(s) applies the OB concept or thesis, • a description of what works and what doesn’t for the organization(s) in this area of study, • if your research includes two organizations, include a compare and contrast between the organizations’ application of the topic, • a conclusion with recommendations for the organization(s),
