In this Reflective Paper, you will apply an industrial psychology theory or concept learned in class to a scenario, situation, or event from your life. Choose an experience that aligns with a theory or research findings covered in class, focusing on how it reflects or exemplifies principles of industrial psychology.
Your reflective paper will have the following sections: heading, introduction, body, and conclusion. In the heading section of the document (please download template below), fill out your name and then a very brief description of your chosen scenario, theory/concept, and the chapter, section, and page number(s) where the theory is discussed in the textbook).
Formatting
Guidelines (use the template provided)
- Length: 400–500 words.
- Font and Size: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Spacing: Double-spaced.
- Margins: 1-inch margins on all sides.

Considerations
- Do not use external sources (sources that do not
come from the textbook). - Avoid including identifiable personal information
(e.g., names, places, businesses, etc.). - First-person perspective is preferable, however,
keep personal details general. Contact the instructor with any concerns.
