Extensive literature review based on the topic. Our secondary research (Keywords for search = Social Integration-NGO-Volunteer/ Social Integration- Local Community-NGO). Methodology = Primary research using questionnaires and sampling of about 40-50 volunteers from MSF (the questions will come out by reading through the papers in the bibliography) in combination with our secondary research to find the specific communication and PR strategies that will address a specific target, the volunteers. So, I take Social Integration and Community integration and find the specific strategies for these 2. We run some basic analyses based on the results from the questionnaires to get the strategic implications for the volunteers. A discussion where based on the results above we make comparisons based on the bibliography. What is our contribution to the implications (applications) in the academic part and in the strategic-Communication strategy. All references Approximately 50 papers. Number of bibliographies.
