Block Quotes: Any quote over 40 words needs to be formatted in a div. Do not use quotation marks to enclose a block quotation. Start a block quotation on a new line and indent the whole block 0.5 in from the left margin. If there is not a page number you can use a heading or section name or paragraph number.

Please turn the paragraph spacing to zero. The way most documents are set up gives an extra space every time you hit a return ie for paragraph and new references. The whole paper needs to be double spaced without extra spacing.
