Hi, this is a Family Nurse practitioner program and this is a group project, the topic is (Living with ADHD: A Family’s Journey) my section is only #7 below under the rubric guideline: Discuss the role of the advanced practice nurse and family in crisis, attached is a PowerPoint, it is on slide 8, please include some of these topics and you can add more:

• Provide education and support to the family
• Developing individualized care plans
• Coordinating with schools and other healthcare providers
• Offering counseling and resources for coping strategies

PRESENTATIONS (30%)

Students
will work in small groups to synthesize information from the course content
into a plan of care for a selected family using a case study approach.  Students will design a case study for a
particular family. The PowerPoint presentations will be done in class as per
the course calendar. The PowerPoint
slides must be submitted to Blackboard.
