This is a two-page essay, comparing and contracting the theories of moral development of Kohlberg and Gilligan.
Here are the guidelines for the essay:
– only accepted font is Calibri11 or Times New Roman 12
– the essay is double-spaced
– this is a research essay, so the use of persnal pronouns (I, we, us, our, you, your, etc.) is prohibted.
– as this is a formal essay, use of contractions is prohibited
– no cover page
– if you use a header, it is single-space, remove excess spacing before and after
– you are required to cite the Kohlbeg article and the Gilligan article at least once each
– the essay is to be prepared in Word, and submitted as an email attachment, as a .doc or .docx, to me via email. No other format is accepted
Opening paragraph should intriduce the two theories of moral development. A paragraph for each one to explain major points (this is a good place to cite each article). Fourth paragraph can review similarities, the fifth paragraph the major differences. A conclusion is appropriate – which should mirror the introduction.
