Demonstrate the ability to research and summarize relevant data by presenting concise, evidence-based information on the impact of a nutrition-related chronic disease within the chosen population.
Deliverable: Submit a 1-page document. The document should 1) describe your personal interest in this population and 2) provide some general peer-reviewed statistics on how this population is impacted by a nutrition-related chronic disease. References should be provided as necessary for any statistics beyond general knowledge. Note: references do not count towards page maximums. (see the attached Guidelines for reference)
