This project is based on a case study, which contains excellent information regarding a contemporary trend for companies adopting asynchronous video interviewing (AVI) software/platforms. The purpose of this project is a) to educate and inform you about the current trend and use of AVI in the hospitality industry, and b) to prepare a business proposal based on the case provided below and your own academic research.
Considering that team formation is critical in today’s global environment (both online and offline), you are automatically assigned to work as a team of 2-3 including yourself. I empower you all to determine how you will apply the current technologies in order to communicate with others when working on this project in an online environment (e.g., conference calls, Skype, FaceTime, etc.).
If you prefer to work on this project as a single person project (I however have to warn you that you will need to put in about 40 hours’ work on your own for this project),
