1. Identify five peer-reviewed articles no later than 3 years  on the topic of “Ethical Leadership and Organizational Culture – exploring the connection between ethical leadership practices and the development of a positive organizational culture.” 

2. Write 2–3 pages, summarizing your understanding of the existing literature on       your paper topic as represented to date in your research.  In your summary, discuss:
   • Topical area of research and relevant literature that emerge from the topical area.
   • Predominant theories and a short overview of each theory noted
   • Methodologies used by the scholars within the literature
   • Specific research findings.
     • Describe the evolution of knowledge presented in the research studies.
     • Highlight any studies that produced contradictory, mixed, or inconclusive findings.
