Wes is approached by Dr. Richard Thomas about serious quality issues. Dr. Thomas essentially thinks the hospital is not doing very well in making sure the care provided meets standards.
- Describe each total-quality management in your practice setting. Use the eight principles listed below and on p. 111 of the textbook to organize your response:

- Really dig in and find out how total-quality management is being done where you work. If you do not work in a hospital or healthcare setting, you should still have some level of “checks and balances” occurring.
