QI project proposal outlining the dA Quality Improvement Project Proposal about Improving Patients Experience by Establishing Measures to Reduce Follow up Waiting Times for Stroke Patients to be seen in the Stroke Clinic.

This should be a QI project proposal outlining the design and methodology of
a Quality Improvement Project. 

The subtopic should include introduction, literature review of Project Methodology, QI approach,  Improvement Plan, methods/tools, stakeholders analysis and Conclusion.

The proposal should meet the folowing learning outcome:

  1.       Critically analyse the rationale for and make
judgements on the use of a range of qualitative and quantitative research
methods and methodologies in the investigation of health and social care
quality improvement projects.

2.      Critically
appraise published research/evaluations/systematic reviews and identify the
implications for policy and practice.

3.      Demonstrate
the ability to integrate the research process and the meaning and significance
of these stages in qualitative, quantitative, and literature-based
research/evaluation within a Quality Improvement Project proposal.
