Part 2: of the report should devise strategic choices moving forward.
Part 3: should evaluate those key strategic choices (including references to financials) within the
organisation based on key theories and frameworks.
Ensure that your report has Introduction that outlines the scope of the assessment, main body
analysis divided with the above 3 parts, Conclusion and Recommendation section at the end of the
report in summarizing the key points of the report as well as suggest new ways of action for the
organization in the form of recommendations.
