Discuss theories and approaches to deal with resistance to change. Review the theories and concepts on organizational behavior, historically and modern.
Present how change management and organizational behavior intersect. In what areas are they complimentary or in opposition. Discuss your approach to change management and why you would be successful in leading an organizational change.
Discuss a change situation that you have experienced in an organization, whether that process was successful or not and present an analysis of what you would do differently or do the same process.
