- 12 font, double-spaced, probably 3-4 pages
- Begin by explaining the name of the article, date written and by whom — Google the author, see if you can discover and share more about the author
- First, in your reading of the article, what was the overall topic and thesis statements of the author?
- What do you think they were focusing upon the most?
- What story do they tell? In your analysis, explain the person or event that your article was about.
- What drew you to this particular article?
- How did the author use sources? Examine footnotes or end notes very carefully and briefly discuss your ideas about the variety or kind of sources that the author used.
- Finally, share your overall views about the article, any questions left unanswered by the author?
