This dissertation critically analyses how the
integration of digital marketing and social media shapes parents’ perceptions
and decision-making in selecting international schools across Malaysia, UAE,
and the UK, ensuring confidentiality and unbiased representation. By exploring
diverse strategies and their impacts, it aims to provide comprehensive insights
into enhancing school competitiveness and engaging a global parent audience
effectively.
What are the objectives for your study?

Investigate and compare the influence of
digital marketing strategies, such as targeted advertising and social media
engagement, on parents’ perceptions of international schools in Malaysia, UAE,
and the UK.

Analyse how the content and presentation of
digital marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and
virtual tours, shape parents’ attitudes towards international schools and their
enrolment decisions.

Examine the role of online reviews,
testimonials, and word-of-mouth shared via social media platforms in
influencing parents’ trust and preference for international schools across
different cultural and regional contexts.
4.
Evaluate the impact of digital marketing
analytics and data-driven insights on international schools’ strategies to
effectively engage parents, ensuring alignment with their educational
expectations and values.
5.
Investigate the ethical implications of
digital marketing practices in international education, focusing on
transparency, privacy concerns, and regulatory compliance to safeguard parent
trust and confidentiality.
