Make sure to integrate your suggestions with information from the chapter, and from the case study itself, and cite your work. Please be cognizant of when the company had their dilemma or issue you are trying to solve. In other words, if a case is talking about a problem they had in the fall of 2013, you cannot fast forward and look at how they solved it today and just submit that information. You are going to have to put yourself in the position of not knowing what the future holds and reason out a solution from the information you had at the time.
