In this assignment, you will research the compensation plan of an organization. Please describe the components of the plan in sufficient detail according to the parameters listed below. Discuss which components of the plan are strategic and which are tactical. Assess how the compensation plan aligns with the company’s business strategy (i.e., mission, vision, etc.).
You must include a minimum requirement of three full pages of content—this does not include the title, abstract or reference pages) and at least three scholarly resources in APA style on the information researched from the article and your views as well. Refer to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association for specific details to format your paper.
Parameters: The paper should be no more than five pages, double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins. Use APA formatting.
