Ethical Analysis – ethical theory application from ethical theories from Week 1 (be sure to fully define ethical theory before analyzing them) Social Justice Theory and Social Contract Theory

Legal Analysis – cases, laws, etc. including how courts would look at this — usually about 2 pages — this counts towards the page total.
Law versus Ethics – discussion and analysis of liability versus responsibility – usually about 2 pages — this counts towards the page total.
