The Final Written Report is a description of your entire project about how to resolve discrimination, including the overall issue and a detailed action plan, and incorporates additional research.

An overall description, including:

1. A detailed description of the your issue, incorporating the additional research conducted by your since the completion of previous projecct assignments. 
2. A revised and detailed discussion of the your action plan, including detailed logistics for how this plan could be implemented and accomplished. (At this stage, the plan should be comprehensive enough to be implemented.)
3. The connection between your action plan and the relevant UN SDG(s) it seeks to further. For this, students will need to dive deeper into the selected SDGs. Each SDG has several target points. Explain how your action plan would aid in fulfilling one or more of these target points.

B. Development and Implementation

1. In what ways have your research and action plan developed since the mid-project presentation? For instance, how have you incorporated feedback, suggestions, or questions from the mid-project presentation and initial proposal? What additional research have you found relevant to your action plan?
2. In order to implement this action plan, what additional problems would need to be solved? What obstacles might arise? How would you solve these problems and overcome these obstacles?
3. A detailed description of how your action plan relates to the relevant Social Impact Pillar(s).

C. Additional Requirements:

1. This assignment should demonstrate that your understanding of its chosen issue has developed since the mid-project report. In particular, it should reflect that you have conducted additional research.
2. The introduction and conclusion are well developed and engaging.
3. The report uses logically organized sections and paragraphs and uses transition words and topic sentences.
4. Direct and indirect quotes from sources are expertly embedded in paragraphs and applied to the research, avoiding dropped quotes. 
5. Format layout, citations, and references are in correct APA style. 
6. The report is grammatically correct, written for an academic audience.
7. At a minimum, a bibliography of at least 12 sources should be attached. At least half need to be peer-reviewed scholarship.
