The two questions to be answered for the
discussion post are below and to
be answered in separate sections, with at least three paragraphs of
scholarly content for each question.
Both questions will be included in one paper, just with separate heading for
each question. All with times roman 12 font in AMA format.
1)
Describe
the HITECH Act and the relationship between the HITECH Act and HIPAA.
2)
Discuss
meaningful use and the relevance of a ‘certified’ electronic health record.
