Assignment Instructions: This assignment. Develop a WBS for a project in which you are getting married, planning a conference for 2,000 guest. Try to identify all of the major components and provide a minimum three levels of detail.
This assignment calls for a 1-page WBS (nota Gantt chart) when team members review this 1-page WBS they need to understand the ask for all task; the task will need to be “actionable”.
