- Identify ways to greet your prospective client (outcome 3)
- Identify your specific listening skill techniques that will help you bond with your client (outcome 3)
- Include all the steps involved before developing the program (health evaluation, goals, physician clearance, etc.) (outcome 2)
- Explain the health considerations related to injuries, aging and rehabilitation for your client (outcome 6)
- Provided nutritional guidelines for your client
- Develop a Resistance Training and Cardiovascular Training program (outcomes 4 ad 5)
- Include a warm up and cool down
- Include a flexibility routine
- Develop a Strength Training program and include the muscle groups being worked (outcome 1)
- Proved the name of all exercises, the number of repetitions and how many sets
- Provided proper instruction on body mechanics for all exercise movements
- Provide advice for your client on safety tips and proper lifting techniques
- How many days per week
- Include what your client will be doing when they are not meeting with you
- Other recommendations
