1. Project Idea Introduction:

Abdominal injuries, particularly tears, can significantly impede an athlete’s performance and require careful rehabilitation for a safe return to play. This project proposal outlines a comprehensive rehabilitation gameplan tailored for a baseball athlete recovering from an abdominal tear. My  goal is to facilitate a smooth return to play while minimizing the risk of re-injury and optimizing performance, while also explaining the difference in return to play and return to sport.
