Recall that your final white paper is a document used to provide a solution to a certain problem. The first form of white papers came as official government documents. Later, they were adopted in the corporate setting. White papers are usually not more than five pages and not less than a page.
Building on your initial proposal, you need to identify at least 12 references from peer-reviewed studies published in reputable journals. Do NOT use website, links, or opinion pieces for your annotated bibliography. Each of your twelve annotations should briefly: 1) describe the article and 2) provide a sentence or two about how you plan to use the research in your final white paper.
My recommendation is that you identify at least three (3) articles for each of the four areas in your white paper
The small group/team context in which your problem is occurring (e.g., academic, corporate, sports, military, etc.)
The problem you are attempting to solve (recall that you will focus on how leadership impacts individuals in the context you have chosen)
The leadership theory that you believe can be used to frame your solution.
The team/small group/outcome variables you will be examining (e.g., productivity, accuracy, quality, speed, cohesiveness, satisfaction, etc.)
