This is a first of three phases of research work for this
dissertation. This particular phase is going to be iterative and adaptive
throughout the 2 weeks duration. This means reviews, feedbacks, slight
adjustments if necessary then approval to move on to the next phase. The
research proposal can be found in the supporting materials with 17 academic
sources to include in the literature review. Add more academic sources at your
discretion. For Chapter 1 : Introduction please reference more other sources
you’re comfortable with. Please make use of diagrams, charts, and illustrations
